15th Berlin Summer Meeting - Exploring Disease Landscapes

Exploring Disease Landscapes

Harnessing single-cell multi-omics, imaging and computational models

Dear friends and colleagues,

After two virtual Berlin Summer Meetings, we are excited to host the 15th Berlin Summer Meeting: “Exploring Disease Landscapes”, which will once again take place on-site in the BIMSB research building on 8-9 September 2022.

The meeting will showcase approaches towards understanding disease from different angles, including imaging, investigation of gene regulatory mechanisms, data science, and single cell technologies.

In addition to a selection of keynote speakers, all participants are invited to submit an abstract to be considered for a presentation. Early career scientists are particularly encouraged to apply.

To utilize the full potential of finally being able to get together in person again, the program will feature interactive formats as well as opportunities to network and socialize.

We hope to be able to welcome you to the 15th Berlin Summer Meeting this September!

Registration

Attendance of the Berlin Summer Meeting 2022 is free of charge, but registration until 1 September 2022 is required for on-site attendance.

Since space in the large conference room is limited, we’d ask you to be mindful of resources and cancel your on-site participation if you should no longer be able to attend (via e-mail bsm@mdc-berlin.de).

Call for abstracts

We invite all Berlin Summer Meeting 2022 participants to submit an abstract for consideration for a selected talk (approximately 20 min plus 10 min discussion). Early career researchers are particularly encouraged to apply.

Abstracts may be composed of a text with a maximum length of 2500 characters including spaces. The deadline for abstract submission is 21 August 2022.

Selected speakers will be notified by 28 August 2022.
